The Mona Lisa Ristorante Italiano was founded in 1995
by Franco and Licia Bonaduce. In coming to this country, they
brought with them many of the culinary favorites of Italy and some
new creations as well. In 2007, the Mona
Lisa was purchased by JoAnn Bianco Chapman and her daughter Angela.
Having been in the catering business for several years as the owners
of Magic
Occasions Catering, they have now blended the best of what the
original owners established with their own Italian recipes and
heritage.
